Here's a few pictures. Use grid paper to get your trellis panels even. Use tear and Tape to adhere the panels to the plastic so you wont see the glue on the back side.
And don't forget to use your bone folder to curl your floral and leaves for dimension.

LATTICE Country words, designer series paper, 6 x 6 5 strips cut at 3/4 by 4 1/4 2 strips cut at 3/4 by 5 1/4 * be mindful of the wood grain directional pattern when cutting
FLORAL Card stock 3 x 4” Balmy Blue Highland Heather Fresh Freesia Bubble Bath Lemon Lilly 1 1/4 x 2 1/2 ( scrap) floral center Basic Gray 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 (scrap) floral pollen
